Hi, I’m Kristen.

I support new parents through the postpartum transition with hands-on newborn care, practical guidance, and real emotional support,

so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Caring Services, Tailored to You

I work with parents who don’t have a built-in support system and need someone steady, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental in their corner. I help you care for your baby, process the transition, and keep your household functioning – so you can actually rest and adjust.

About Me

I became a postpartum doula because I know what it feels like to be in the thick of it without enough support.

As a twin mom, I’ve lived the intensity of early parenthood firsthand – the exhaustion, the uncertainty, the moments when you can’t tell if you’re doing it right. That experience shapes everything about how I show up for families.

My approach is grounded and practical. I’m not here to give you a parenting philosophy or tell you what you should be doing. I’m here to be steady, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful – so you can rest, bond with your baby, and feel capable again.

You’ll feel it the moment I walk in.

Testimonials

  • "Kristen walked in the door and instantly changed our entire postpartum and newborn experience for the better. She knew immediately what could make the most impact in both the short term and long term. From just making space for me to nap while she helped my partner with the baby, to walking us through babywearing and our baby’s first bath, Kristen made us feel supported and seen. She helped us enjoy the newborn stage, and approach each hurdle with confidence rather than fear."

  • "Beyond the immediate postpartum period, Kristen’s guidance with baby caring, scheduling, and our sharing of responsibilities has given us confidence and direction through the unpredictability of an infant."

  • “Kristen has a way of making you feel completely at ease in the newborn trenches, and that’s not an easy task. She is kind, vulnerable, the MOST patient, and free of any judgment ever. She helped with information leading up to my induction and was on call to come over the first day we were home from the hospital. In addition to teaching us about our new baby girl, she was there to help introduce our dog to his new baby sister. From impromptu therapy sessions to building a schedule to help with breast feeding and pumping, Kristen was beyond helpful. I’d recommend her to anyone postpartum.”

  • “Kristen was incredibly helpful quite honestly in all areas of raising my child. She understands the cues and signals that a baby has that as a newborn father I was not yet accustomed to. Her knowledge and care and gentle way with my daughter made me feel safe and also allowed me space to begin to understand what our lives look like now that our daughter is here. She was also an incredible listener and sat and listened to both my wife and my concerns, worries, fears and joys. She educated us and reassured us to let us know that we had this.”
